Orlando -5.5 @ 2.12 (pinnacle)
Orlando have won and covered nine of their last ten games. Howard and Nelson can take much of the credit on the offensive side as the Magic have hit 100 points in 4 of their last 5 games as they have averaged 104 points in those games. On defence, they have been solid and allowed the league's second highest scoring team (Golden State) to a season-low 31.9% shooting as they beat them 113-81.
New Orleans comes into this game with an energy sapping loss at home to the LA Lakers 100-87 (Orlando beat the Lakers at home 103-100 5 nights ago). Paul is left to do most of the lead up work and without the support that he needs to contain the Magic, they will have similar problems to what happened against the Lakers.

Phoenix - San Antonio over 207.5 @ 2.60 (bet 365) (now at 201)
Phoenix have hit 100 points in their last 7 games as well as allowing the opposition to hit 100 points in their last 16 games. They have averaged 112 points in their last 5 games on offence and with the addition of Richardson into their lineup, then they should continue to score and more. While the Spurs have allowed only an average of 91 points in their last 5 games, they will be hard pressed from the Suns not getting three figures here.
San Antonio have scored an average of 94 points in their last 5 games but in their last 3 they have hit 99, 101 and 107 and now face a Phoenix defence that has allowed an average of 111 points in their last 5 games.
Both teams should be able to hit at least 100 points here and some more, to send it over the posted total. Phoenix won earlier in the season 103-98 in the road to SA but both teams will add points scorers like Ginobili and Richardson who didn't play in that game.

New Jersey - Houston over 204.5 (now 197.5)
New Jersey have averaged 103 points in their last 5 games while Houston have allowed 99 points in their last 5 games.
Houston have averaged 105 points in their last 5 games while New Jersey have allowed 101 points in their last 5 games.
Houston have hit 100 points in 4 of their last 5 games while NJ have allowed teams to hit 100 in 3 of their last 5. NJ themselves hit 100 points in 3 of their last 5 games.
Both teams have players sinking their shots lately so look to Harris for NJ and McGrady and Ming for Houston to lead the way in a high scoring game.

Memphis - LA Lakers under 198.5 (now 205.5)
Memphis have struggled to score in their last two games, putting up 84 and 83 points and now meet the Lakers who will be looking to play defence like they did against Miami where they allowed 89 points and not the 106 they allowed in their last game against Orlando.
LA will find it tougher to score on Memphis as they have been guilty of allowing teams like Charlotte to score easy points on them so look for their intensity to increase in this game, and get back to the 99 average they allow teams to score on them.
Both teams are on the road after this game with the Lakers possibly looking ahead to a tough game tomorrow night with New Orleans while Memphis have another tough opponent in Dallas, so they will look to sharpen up their defence with a good performance in this game.

San Antonio - Sacamento under 191.5 (now 197.5)
San Antonio will be disappointed in allowing Toronto 97 points, NO 90 points and Orlando also 90 points so look for them to lift their intensity. Sacramento have hit 90, 96 and 77 in their last 3 road games and now play one of the better defences in the league who allow an average of 94 points in the league but should allow less against a team that has struggled to score all year.
SA only scored 78 points against NO and 83 against Orlando, while they hit 107 on Toronto but Sacramento, without a game tomorrow night, will look to keep it close like they did at New Orleans where they went down 99-90 in one of the better defensive efforts of late. With the Spurs having another game tomorrow night, they may hold back here and cruise to victory without actually going for it, while they will probably step on defence just to get their organisation back
